Katrina is from Huntsville, Alabama. She received a BSE in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She served as an officer in the Army before coming to Georgia Tech in 2009.

Research Interests

Understanding the interaction between metal organic frameworks and metal oxide guest particles. Using MOFs as sacrificial templates to fabricate metal oxides nanostructures.
